harmony • New York is collaboratively building a luxury streetwear brand with the public. The crowdfund through the sale of its 1000 NFTs will fund the new label where the NFT holders vote on the fashion brand's most critical decisions.

buy an NFT via Dutch Auction or Public Sale phases
the more successful the sale during the Dutch Auction, the more project goals are unlocked
NFT holders will get a two week window to submit a proposal for the name of the brand
1 submission per NFT
only submit a name if you feel it's good enough to last decades
each NFT owner will be given ten votes per NFT to distribute across their favorite names for the label
the brand name with the most votes will become the name of the label and the company
harmony • ny studio team will finish its final round of interviews and select the 5 best candidates that we feel are suited for the role of Creative Director
these top 5 candidates will then get the opportunity to present their vision of the brand in the next phase, the Creative Director Competition Show
once chosen, the top 5 candidates will be given a short brief asking them to create concepts, mood boards, and designs lining out the unique vision they have for this new brand
harmony • ny will create a short documentary style series giving each candidate a platform to explain their personal story, aesthetic, and their response to the brief that previews their vision for the brand
this show will be broadcast on YouTube for the world to see, NFT owners will be asked to watch in order to form an opinion on the candidate they feel best reflects the brand vision they wish to become a reality
once all episodes of the show have aired, NFT owners will vote on who they want to see become the Creative Director of the brand
the winning Creative Director will receive a two year contract, full-time employment, and equity in the label
every year after the minimum two years, the creative director will be voted up for reelection - a new creative director will be voted in if they aren't
the winning Creative Director will be asked to move to NYC and begin designing their first collection for the brand right away
within budget, the Creative Director will get to hire their dream-team to bring their vision to life
NFT holders will get the opportunity to meet their new Creative Director via an AMA
The Creative Director will get an opportunity to update NFT art & metadata (contingent on NFT owner vote)
during the design process, the Creative Director will collaborate with NFT holders on various design decisions, providing opportunities to vote on form, materials, and color ways
monthly design process check ins will be held with the NFT community
early in the design process, NFT owners will be asked to vote on what items they want to make it into each seasonal collection. The team will then work to make those wishes a reality
we want to give the Creative Director you voted in space to work as creatively and independently as they can, and as such, not all items in the collection will be up for vote
with the collection finalized, production will begin on the brand's first seasonal collection
the brand will host a runway show in New York with its NFT owners and other fashion industry insiders in attendance
an exclusive after-party will be hosted once the runway show ends
the brand's collection will release first to its NFT holders, then opened up to the public
NFT holders will be able to purchase their items at up to wholesale prices
repeat the design process, runway shows & events, and drop access for every seasonal collection
the harmony • ny team, with guidance from its NFT holders, will do its best to realize a unique and globally recognized vision in the world of streetwear

harmony • ny will host a four part web feature where the top five finalists from the application process will be given the chance to present their story and the vision for the brand they want to bring to life with your help.
The harmony Maison (harmony NFT holders) will be asked to watch the series, decide who they want to lead the brand, and then cast their vote on harmony's website.
Vote wisely, it'll be the most important decision you'll make for the success of the project.
• Bring an entirely unique and unendingly audacious vision for streetwear
• Maximum 10 years of design experience, preferably at a reputable fashion house as a designer or creative director (with rare exceptions)
• Exceptional knowledge of relevant culture and trends in streetwear
• Outstanding level of taste evidenced in professional design portfolio
• Expert-level technical knowledge of apparel construction
• The once in a lifetime chance to bring your singular vision of a luxury streetwear brand to life
• The once in a lifetime opportunity to build out and hand select your dream team
• An equity stake in the brand
• A two year full time employment contract
Once you have chosen your Creative Director,
the harmony Studio team will begin work on its first seasonal collection.
